Treasury Services

The Treasury department of Volksbank d.d. is divided into three organization units according to their function and area of operations which they cover:

1.  Liquidity management & trading – organization unit which is responsible for trading with banks and professional financial institutions on the domestic and foreign markets.
   
   
2. Treasury Sales – organization unit which is responsible for product development and sales to corporate clients of the bank. Currently, the Treasury offers the following products and services to corporate clients:
   • Fixed- term deposits
   • Interest Rate Swap transactions
   • FX Spot transactions
   • FX Outright transactions
   • FX Swap transactions
   • Non-delivered forward transactions
   • Trading with treasury bills issued by the Croatian Ministry of Finance
   • Trading with corporate commercial bills
   • Trading with Croatian government bonds
   • Repo transactions
   • Structured products
   
   
3. Investment Banking – organization unit which provides brokerage services on several exchanges and service of structuring and management of the securities portfolios.
   
   The Bank also provides custody and depositary bank services.
